Ofte vil kommunikationen vedr\u00f8rende f\u00f8lsomme emner v\u00e6re konfliktfyldt og resultere i nogle bestemte handle- og reaktionsm\u00f8nstre, som vedligeholder konflikten. I parterapi tilbyder jeg derfor et l\u00e6ngere indledende forl\u00f8b, hvori disse konfliktvedligeholdende m\u00f8nstre tydeligg\u00f8res. Dern\u00e6st kan vi sammen unders\u00f8ge, hvilke kommunikationsveje der vil opbygge den relation, I \u00f8nsker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Terapien fokuserer p\u00e5 at ansvarligg\u00f8re begge parter, s\u00e5 en eventuel tabt respekt for hinanden kan genfindes. Parterapien hj\u00e6lper jer til at tale \u00e6rligt sammen, s\u00e5 I bliver klar over, hvad der st\u00e5r i vejen for at m\u00e6rke jer selv i relationen og forbundetheden til hinanden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At bibeholde n\u00e6rv\u00e6r og oprigtig omsorg for hinanden er sv\u00e6rt, hvis man f\u00f8lelsesm\u00e6ssigt er tyndslidt.
